| |
- If algae is present, before attempting to remove phosphates, first use the most suitable Lo-Chlor Pool Algaecide to kill any unwanted algae spores.
- Superchlorinate the pool using a registered compatible sanitiser.
- Set pool filter to re-circulate or by-pass.
- Where these settings are not available remove filter cartridges or filter grids.
- Run filter for 1-2 hours.
- Vacuum to waste.
- Replace filter cartridges or filter grids where necessary.
- Resume normal filtration.
