POINTS TO NOTE |
|
| |
|
|
| |
- Used weekly, LO-CHLOR AQUACADABRA POOL SANITISER controls bacteria in swimming pools. It is an excellent alternative to chlorine and bromine, particularly where odours and allergic reactions present problems to bathers.
- The product is not an algaecide. The use of a Lo-Chlor maintenance algaecide is strongly recommended. Use of other types of copper based algaecides will reduce the anti-bacterial affect of LO-CHLOR AQUACADABRA POOL SANITISER. Failure to use an algaecide may result in a cloudy, green pool. (SEE TABLE BELOW)
- Check regularly for the presence of phosphates. If necessary use LO-CHLOR STARVER POOL MAINTENANCE.
- Prior to first time use, chlorine level must be zero. Use LO-CHLOR CHLORINE REMOVER if required.

HOT TIPS FOR POOL PROFESSIONALS |
|
| |
|
|
| |
- Clean pool first. Brush and vacuum debris. Backwash and clean filter if required. If pool water is green, superchlorinate and then wait until chlorine level drops to zero. Use LO-CHLOR CHLORINE REMOVER if necessary. Never add LO-CHLOR AQUACADABRA POOL SANITISER if chlorine (or bromine) is present in the pool water.
- For best results pool water pH should be in the range 7.0 to 7.4.
- When adding both LO-CHLOR AQUACADABRA POOL SANITISER and algaecide , add at opposite ends of the pool.
- Should pool water turn cloudy, add LO-CHLOR OXYGEN SAFE SHOCK PLUS to the pool. Also add a suitable LO-CHLOR clarifier. Should cloudiness persist check TDS level. If TDS over 1400 ppm, partially empty and then refill pool with fresh water. If within normal limits then superchlorinate pool (note that chlorine level will need to reduce to zero before again adding LO-CHLOR AQUACADABRA POOL SANITISER).
- Leaf stains are best treated by applying LO-CHLOR OXYGEN SAFE SHOCK PLUS to the pool.
